Even though it looks terrifying and sounds crazy it actually works. You need to use activated charcoal. It is being sold in the stores for vitamins and supplements. You can buy it in the form of capsules and it is usually taken for stomach problems, food poisoning and clean the bowels from toxins. This black pill can also be used to whiten your teeth. You have more than one choice when it comes to activated charcoal for the teeth:

  1. Charcoal Powder

You need to open the capsule in a cup. Take your toothbrush and apply toothpaste on it and dip the brush in the charcoal so that you cover it completely. Brush your teeth gently so that you don’t hurt your enamel. Rinse it off with water.
