1 cup of water

150 gr. of organic gelatin


Put the gelatin in a glass of water and mix it, then leave it overnight. In the morning, there will be jelly formed in the glass. Add some honey or brown sugar to taste if you want and drink it on an empty stomach. Drink this remedy for one month, then make a pause of six months before starting again.
