A drink that burns fat while you’re just sitting is possible, with the healing abilities of honey and cinnamon. We all know of the health benefits of honey and cinnamon, but not everyone knows that the mix of these two ingredients speeds up metabolism and helps in weight reduction.

Preparation is simple: you need two tablespoons of honey, one tablespoon of cinnamon and 250 ml water.

If you want a bigger amount you can change the proportions, but the ratio should always be 2:1 honey to cinnamon. First boil the water and pour it over the cinnamon. Leave it to cool down, then add the honey. Adding the honey in a cool mixture is crucial otherwise you will destroy its nutritional properties.

Drink half of the drink before you go to bed, and the other in the morning, and remember, you need to drink it on an empty stomach.
