Thanks to the winter and all the Holidays in it, we accumulate a lot of body fat. The snacks, the cookies, the meat and all other delicious meals will leave us with bigger belly and waist, which we discover with the first rays of sunshine. We try to cover them with clothes but trust me, its just easier and tastier to drink this juice and do a little exercise. The effect will surprise you in a good way!


1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar – 1/8 tablespoon cayenne pepper- juice and one lemon juice


Grind the lemon peel and cover it with 1 cup of hot water. After 10 minutes, add the lemon juice , the vinegar and a bit of chili peppers. Mix together before each sip, which you should take before and after meals. The pepper stimulates the brain producing the heat in the body that makes the body accelerate the use of calories, stimulating fat burn and speeding up the metabolism. The lemon and the lemon peel contains a type of sugar increasing the strength of the body to burn fat. The vinegar helps dissolving the body fat helping the toxins move easily from the intestines and outside of our body.
