The Cancer Fighting Tea The FDA Doesn’t Want You To Drink

History of Essiac tea
The Ojibwe Native American tribe has used this tea for centuries – it is often referred as “Ojibwa Tea of Life”. In the 1920s, she began working along Dr. Charles Brusch to formulate a herbal mixture similar to the original so that they can study the effects in a lab. As a result of that, the FDA has not approved the use of Essaic tea as a cancer treatment. Right now, the FDA lists the Essaic tea as a new drug, which is not viewed as safe.
Despite the negative public attention, Rene Caisse and Dr. Brusch saw positive experiences in their patients. In 1938, Caisse had over 55000 people sign her petition to allow her to continue treating cancer patients after she was accused of practice without a license. Thousand have confirmed the effectiveness of Essiac tea before Caisse passed away in 1978 at the age of 90. Now, this tea is a popular cancer remedy found in stores across the USA and Canada, as well as online stores around the world.
Four herbs are responsible for the amazing effect of the tea. They destroy overgrowth of bad bacteria, viruses and parasites, and detoxify the colon, liver and kidneys as well. Essiac tea boosts the immune function

Essaic tea is rich in phytonutrient antioxidants flavones, anthraquinones and tannins. It also contains beta-sitosterol, a polysaccharide that feeds and fortifies immune cells. Many studies have shown that various concentrations of Essaic tea reduce the free radical damage by up to 84%! The cancer drugs are made of the same antioxidant sources. The most common cancer drug, Adriamycin contains the same anthraquinones.
The antioxidant cocktail in Essaic tea also fights superoxide free radicals. These radicals activate other radicals and create a powerful oxidative stress storm within the body. The beta-sitosterol helps in the neutralization of these superoxide free radicals.
Essaic tea may reduce cell mutations
Burdock root, the main ingredient of Essaic tea, contains anthraquinone, which has been proven to reduce cell mutations and prevent tumor growth. Numerous studies stated that Essaic tea reduces tumor growth and symptoms. The patients studied suffered from uterus, prostate and bowel cancer along with skin surface growths. According to other studies, Essaic tea also impairs the ability of tumor cells to multiply. The researchers noted a decrease in the growth of normal cells in these cases, but the herbal mix prevented proliferation of cancerous cells at a higher rate.
Using Essaic tea safely
The ingredient in the Essaic tea make it safe and well tolerated for many people. It can be a great tool for supporting the immune system during cancer treatment. The usual dosage recommended is 1 fluid ounce (30 ml.) daily, diluted with 2 fluid ounces of hot water. It should be sipper like a hot tea, before going to bed. Avoid food at least one hour after the tea.
Of course, you should always consult with a doctor or holistic practitioner before trying any alternative medicine treatment. Brain patients should avoid Essaic tea, as it may induce swelling, which could prove to be fatal.
