- fresh ginger
- fresh mint leaves
- one cucumber
- one lemon
- 5 glasses of water ( best is to use filtered water- one glass -250ml)
Clean the lemon, cut it in half, remove the seeds and make few cuts in each half. Do not peel the peel and do not squeeze. Put the lemon pieces in the water in a container. Peel the cucumber, cut it into little thin leaves and add it to the water. Choose 8-12 mint leaves, wash them and add them in the water. Peel and grate the ginger, than add it to the mixture.
