Scientist Discovers a Cure For Cancer Over 60 Years Ago (They’ve Been Keeping It Secret All This Time!)
Many experts have criticized the Budwig diet andthe claims that it can cure cancer. This diet consisted of a dietary plan and a lot of sunbathing and stress management in order to defeat cancer.
However, medical experts such as Dr. Andrew Weil says that “curing cancer with cottage cheese is wishful thinking”. But, the Budwig diet has had tremendous success in Germany, where it solved 90% of cases, which equals to about 4500 people in only 50 years,nnd there were a lot of terminal cases involved!
The Budwig diet consists of two natural ingredients: cottage cheese and flaxseed oil. The first recipe consisted of quark and flaxseed oil, but it was replaced with cottage cheese when the recipe got to the USA.

Johanna Budwig was a German biochemist and physicist in the 50s, who was also a senior scientist at the German Health Office. Her duty was to find a cure for cancer from German pharmaceutical companies. One of them offered info about the sulfhydryl group (proteins that contain Sulphur) as a potential cancer cure, forcing Johanna to think about oxygenating cancer cells.
This wasn’t something new – a German scientist named Otto Warburg received the Nobel prize for his discovery that cancer cells develop in anaerobic environment, and that they won’t survive in an oxygen-rich environment. Dr. Warburg struggled to find a respiratory enzyme which will help in the oxygenation process, but he discovered a relation between fat and the inhibition of enhancement of cellular oxygen absorption. However, at that time, fats were not classified by their biochemical structure or function.
In the middle of the 20th century, this was done thanks to Johanna Budwig.
The discovery forced the authorities togive Dr.Budwig everything she needed in order for her to continue her research and discover the characteristics of fatty acids. She managed to divide the fats in two groups: monounsaturated and saturated. She also isolated linoleic acid and found out if they inhibited or enhanced cellular oxygen absorption. We owe everything we now know about fatty acids to Johanna Budwig. In 1952, she published her findings in a paper, stating: “Without these fatty acids, the respiratory enzymes cannot function and the person suffocates, even when he is given oxygen-rich air. A deficiency in these highly unsaturated fatty-acids impairs many vital functions. First of all, it decreases the person’s supply of available oxygen. We cannot survive without air and food; nor can we survive without these fatty acids.”
Dr. Budwig said that flaxseed oil is the most appropriate oil to combine with the protein-sulphur of quark (or cottage cheese) to provide the elusive respiratory enzyme which Dr. Warburg chased previously. The combination of these ingredients were able to get oxygen into cancer cells in that way eliminating them.
This important research lead to the Budwig diet, which has proven to be an effective cure for cancer.
