Drinking “yellow milk” at night is healthy according to multiple alternative medicine researches. The most important ingredient is turmeric.

Step 1


¼ cup turmeric powder

½ teaspoon grounded pepper

½ cup filtered water


Mix all of the ingredients in a pan and cook it on low heat until it becomes like a paste. Leave it to cool down and put it in the jar. Keep it refrigerated.

Step 2


1 cup of almond milk

1 teaspoon organic coconut oil

¼ pasta (made from step one)


Put all of the ingredients in a pan and cook it on low heat. You need to stir it all the time not to burn. At the end add honey for taste (just a little).
