The coconut oil can keep the skin moisturized and healthy.
Rub the coconut oil on the skin.
Massage the area so that the absorption is equal on the skin.
You can do this two or three times a day.
There are substitutions for the coconut oil that can be used for this purpose like olive oil, cocoa butter, avocado oil, emu oil or even baby oil.
2.Castor oil packs
Pregnant woman usually are advised to use castor oil to prevent stretch marks. The use of castor oil is bigger than just stretch marks. It can be used to fine lines, wrinkles, spots, blemishes and other skin problems. The best thing is that it keeps your skin moisture.
You need to apply a thick layer of castor oil on the skin.
Next you need to wrap the area with a plastic or saran wrap.
After you have wrapped the area, you need to heat it with a heating pad or bottles filled with hot water for at least 20 minutes.
You can repeat the process daily or just several times a week.
You can mix one tablespoon of castor oil with two tablespoons of almond oil and than apply the mixture. The effect will be the same.
The body needs plenty of liquids throughout the day to keep the skin hydrated. Drink plenty of water and keep the skin elastic, healthy, supplying it with the liquid it needs. This will make the skin layers less prone to tearing. It is best to drink at least two liters of water a day.
4.Consume nutritious diet
You need to consume diet rich with vitamin C and E, zinc, silica and other nutrients to nourish your skin. The essential component necessary for the skin is Vitamin C regenerating connective tissue.
Zink helps in collagen synthesis and silica helps the production of collagen. You need to consume strawberries, blueberries, spinach, carrots, green beans, collard greens, nuts and seeds in the diet.

7.Dry brushing of the skin
The dry brushing of the skin is good in many ways. It can exfoliate the skin, open the pores and remove the dead skin cells and dirt from the skin. With this procedure you can make the skin more compellable to absorb moisturizing oils, creams and lotion butters. The dry brushing stimulates the blood circulation and eliminates toxins and fats from the body.
Use a soft, natural bristle brush to brush the bare skin with long, sweep strokes moving towards the heart. Do this before bathing or showering.
You can do this for about five minutes. Focus on the thighs, arms, abdomen, buttocks, and do this daily or every other day. Don’t brush the delicate and sensitive skin.
