Ingredients

200 gr. of peeled and chopped ginger

450 ml. of filtered water

115 ml. of sparkling water

225 gr. of sugar

A couple of drops of lime juice

A couple of lemon slices

Preparation

Boil the water first, then add the ginger and simmer the mixture on low heat for another 5 minutes. Take the pot off heat in the end and leave the mixture to cool down.

Now, mix half a cup of the ginger tea with 1/3 of a cup of syrup and half a cup of sparkling water, and add honey or lime juice to taste. Mix the tea well, and add the lemon slices as a garnish. Enjoy!
