This diet consists of a cycles of 20 days in which you eat in 2 precisely determined meals. Their amount is not limited. The one thing you should have in mind is that after you finish the diet cycle of 20 days you must take a break for about one month. After that month is over you can start the diet cycle from 20 days again.The meals should be consumed in a period of minimum 6 hours. For example: You take the first one at 10 o`clock, and the second one around 17 o`clock.

Day 1 – Macaroni and cheese or yogurt, for your taste boiled or baked.

Day 2 – Rice boiled or baked. You can eat it in the combination with cheese or yogurt.

Day 3, 4 and 5 – Chicken meat with salad boiled or grilled without oil.

Day 6, 7 and 8 – Veal meat with salad. The meat should be boiled.

Day 9, 10 and 11 – Fish with salad, prepared for your taste. Baked in a foil or canned tuna, but not in oil, only in water.

Day 12, 13 and 14 – Grained vegetable, peas, beans, cooking lens or green beans prepared as soups.

Day 15 and 16 – Potatoes in different ways.

Day 17 – Fruit day

Day 18 – Macaroni and cheese or yogurt, same as the first day of the diet.

Day 19 – Rice, the same way as it was the second day

Day 20 – Believe it or not, you can eat sugar combined as you like in 2 separate meals.

The amount of the food is unlimited. You can consume twice a day as much as you like according to the schedule. The amount of the liquids that you consume is unlimited too. You can drink anything – coffee, sugar, carbonated or juices. In the salads or in any other different meal you can use oil, but only one spoon.
