If you want to prepare your body for warmer days, than make gel against cellulite and use it regularly.


  • ¼ glasses of largely minced coffee
  • 3 spoons of warm water
  • 2 spoons olive or almond oil.

Mix the minced coffee and the warm water, leave it to stay for about 10 minutes, until the coffee has absorbed the water and is turned in a firm gel.

Add 2 spoons olive oil and mix it all together well. After every bath with wide circling, with your palms and the bath towel, massage the buttocks and the thighs for about 5 minutes. Than wash up with warm water and apply the oil, body milk or lotion if necessary. Repeat this procedure twice a week.
