150 gr. of gelatin

Cold water


Put 5 gr. of the gelatin in a ¼ of a cup of water, then stir the mixture, cover the cup and leave it overnight. In the morning, drink the mixture and you should notice improvement in about a week. Keep drinking it for a month, and repeat the process if needed after six months. If you don’t like the taste, add some honey or yogurt.

Note: never keep the mixture overnight in a fridge because the gelatin will turn to jelly!

How does it work?

Gelatin is derived from livestock’s connective tissues such as bones, tendons and cartilage. It contains hidrosiprolin and proline, two amino acids which can repair connective tissues.
