Flaxseed – a great source of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and of course fibers which can regulate the function of the GIT. It also eliminates toxins, lowers blood sugar levels and suppresses the appetite. It cleanses the intestines and supplies the body with lecithin. Flaxseed also speeds up the fat burning process, so it can help you get rid of excess weight.

You can make a tea of it to maintain your body weight. It’s recommended for people with ulcers, gastritis, cystitis and hemorrhoids.


1 liter boiling water

3 tablespoons flaxseed


Pour the boiling water over the flaxseed and leave it overnight – put it in a thermos or any kind of bowl with a lid. Do it every night. Strain the mix in the morning so you’ll get a thick liquid.


Drink 150 ml of the mix 3-4 times a day, 30 minutes before a meal. It has to be fresh. You consume this for 10 days, and then take a 10 day break. Repeat the procedure for the desired results. Also, you need to make sure you’re drinking plenty of water during the procedure.

Regular consumption of the flaxseed tea will make your skin better and healthier.

The tea is however not recommended for people who suffer from kidney stones or have liver issues.
