You can make your own healthy butter with these ingredients:

  • 2 cups organic heavy cream
  • sea salt

Way of preparation is easy:

Place the cream in a food processor and whip it for about 10 minutes or more until it turns grainy. Next you need to drain the buttermilk from the butter.

You can scrape it and place it in a bowl, after which you can put it in a colander to strain the buttermilk.

In order to rinse the butter you can use cold water. You can use spoon or wooden paddle to pour off the liquid from the butter.

At the end place the homemade butter in a bowl and keep it in the fridge. You can use this butter for several months.
