The following diet consists of a few natural products which should be consumed for ten days. Bump it up to 14 days, and you can lose up to 7 kg.! The most important thing to remember is that you must be physically active during this period.

The main ingredient in the diet is cucumber, which can be consumed without restriction. The other products include tuna, whole wheat bread, potatoes, fresh fruits and tea or coffee with no sugar.

Here’s a regime for a single day of the diet which has already provided many people with great results. Between the meals you can choose fresh cucumber salad or cucumber shake as a snack.

Cucumber diet menu

Breakfast: cucumber salad with 2 boiled eggs

Snack: an apple and a peach (<200 gr.) or 5 plums

Lunch: toasted whole wheat bread and a bowl of cucumber salad

Snack: cucumber shake

Dinner: 300 gr. of your favorite fruit

Cucumber salad


400 gr. of cucumber

200 ml. of sour milk or yogurt


Peel the cucumber and chop it in small pieces, then add salt and mix well. At the end, add the yogurt or milk and mix again. Optionally, you can add some chopped onion for flavor.

An apple

A handful of spinach

A cucumber


Almonds and walnuts (for decoration)


Blend the apple, spinach and cucumber, and add the ginger once the mixture is smooth, blending for another minute. Pour the shake in a glass and decorate it with crushed almonds and walnuts. Drink it right away to get all its benefits.

This amazing shake is rich in essential nutrients such as vitamin A, K, B, E, C, iron, dietary fiber, magnesium and calcium.


As we mentioned before, you must be physically active during the diet in order for it to be more effective. Exercise or do some sports on a daily basis – half an hour of fast walking is an ideal choice, but you can also try running, swimming, cycling, etc.
