Lose 10 Pounds In 7 Days – Very Effective Diet
This diet is fast and effective. It is proven to lose 10 pounds in a week.
Start the day with a glass of water mixed with lemon juice on an empty stomach to start the detoxification of your body from the toxins and activating your metabolism. Half an hour later you should eat 2 apples or 2 oranges, you can even eat one grapefruit instead.
