This amazing 3-day cleansing method will detoxify your body and improve your overall health. The detox process will clean your body of toxins and reduce the risk of infections and diseases. Here’s how to do it:

Stop consuming dairy products for 2 days before the detox – our body digests dairy slowly which interferes with the process. The night before starting, drink a home grown diuretic tea to prepare your body for the cleaning process.

On the first morning, drink lemon juice (from 2 lemons) and half a cup of water before breakfast. After the breakfast, drink 1.5 cup of grapefruit or pineapple juice which will help your respiratory system. Drink 1.5 cup of carrot juice between breakfast and lunch, then drink 1.5 cup of potassium juice during your lunch. You can pick a fruit rich in potassium such as banana or avocado for the juice.
