Here’s how to prepare the compress that will alleviate the pain and reduce the inflammation:

Compress preparation

You only need a potato, an onion and linen seeds. Soak a tablespoon of the seeds in water, and boil it for 10 minutes. While it boils, wash the potato and grind it whole along with the skin. Leave the water with linen seeds to cool down, add the potato, some garlic and mix everything well. Strain any extra liquid.

If you are suffering from pain in your fingers or feet, put this mixture in a pair of old gloves, put them on, and wrap them in nylon bags so the liquid doesn’t get out.

Here’s how to use this miraculous mixture on other body parts:

Wrap it in a gauze and put it on the affected area, covering it with a bandage or foil. Do the treatment before going to bed, to allow it to work overnight. Throw away the compress in the morning and rinse the place well with soap and lukewarm water.

Sometimes, the onion can cause redness on some areas on the skin that are exposed. In this case, massage the enflamed spot with some olive oil or cream. While you’re doing the treatment, drink linen oil which will help you from within the body. Repeat the treatment until the symptoms vanish.
