Besides positively affecting the hair, apple cider vinegar can reduce the symptoms of arthritis and joint pain, and can successfully remove skin papilloma. But, did you know that it is useful for your facial skin too?

Apple cider vinegar can relieve all your skin problems, including rashes, inflammation, acne or enlarged pores. ACV contains alpha hydroxy acids which can be found in several expensive facial care products. These acids act as an exfoliator and remove dead skin cells from your face.

ACV can regulate the secretion of skin fat, brighten and hydrate your skin and possesses excellent antibacterial and antifungal properties. In order to use it for treatment of your facial skin problems, first you need to dilute it with filtered water first in a 1:3 ratio. Soak a cotton swab in the solution and wipe your face with it before rinsing with water. Repeat the procedure twice a day (in the morning and evening) for best results.

You can also use ACV to lighten pigmentation spots by applying a cotton swab soaked in the aforementioned solution and leaving the apple cider vinegar to work for half an hour.

Note: if you decide to use apple cider vinegar on your skin, it would be best to prepare it yourself at home, or find an organic brand.
