Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon fennel seed
  • 7 green cardamom pods
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 12 whole cloves
  • 1 small ginger root ( grated)
  • 6 black pepper
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons Darjeeling tea
  • 1 cup milk
  • honey for taste

Preparation:

Put fennel seed, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, ginger, pepper and water in a pot and boil them for about 5-6 minutes. Remove it from the heat and leave it alone for 10 minutes and later add the tea and boil the full content for 5 minutes. Remove it from heat and the drink is ready. You need to strain it and add milk or honey for taste if you like before serving.
