We all experience aches and pain sometimes, usually from an injury or a hard workout. But what to do when you experience pain? Do we take painkillers? Maybe next time you’ll try this great pain relief tea. It’s easy to make and has no side effects.

Ingredients:

 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

2 teaspoons of black tea

2 glasses of water

2 teaspoon of ground cardamom

2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

½ thumb sized piece of ginger

½ of almond milk

1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions:

Mix the ingredients together. Add them to water, and bring it to a boil, then continue boiling for 10 minutes. Add the black tea and boil for 10 more minutes. Strain the mix and add the almond milk. In the end, sweeten with honey.

Drink this all day, as often as you want and enjoy it!
