The concept is that we need 8 glasses of water every day for the body to function normally, just for start. But this depends on physical activities, and it varies from person to person.   •  8 glasses of water (or more, depends on your needs)
  • 1 teaspoon of grated ginger root
  • 1 mid-sized lemon, cut on slices
  • 1 mid-sized cucumber, peeled and cut on slices
  • 12 leafs of peppermint


 Mix the ingredients in a bottle, put it in a fridge overnight, and drain it afterwards. Try to drink the whole dose during the day, and make a new dose in the evening. Do not drink anything else for 4 days, and you will be amazed by the results.
