They contain 90 % calcium.
If used in higher dosage it can stimulate bone marrow to produce blood cells, lowering the high cholesterol and blood pressure, curing the symptoms of calcium deficiency and the developing of osteoporosis.
Eggshells also contain zinc, manganese, copper, iron, fluorine, phosphorus, chromium and molybdenum. Use the eggshell as a supplement for calcium in recommended dosage 1.5 to 3 g crushed eggshells.
Use it for thyroid gland
Wash 8 eggshells, dry them and crumble. Sprinkle them with juice from 2 lemons and put them in the refrigerator for several days. When they became soft, strain the liquid and mix it with 1 kg honey and 1 l brandy. Leave this mixture for 7 days. After 7 days start consuming 2 to 4 times a day after meals only 1 teaspoon.
Use it for ulcer and gastritis
One teaspoon digested eggshells mixed with 1 tablespoon of sugar and 1 tablespoon of crushed walnuts. Consume 3 times a day 1 teaspoon for 20 days.
Put crushed eggshells on top of the knife and mix it with 2 tablespoons lemon juice. After they are softened add 1 dl hot milk. Consume twice a day, in the morning on an empty stomach and before going to bed at night.
Use it for cleaning the blood and strengthening the immune system
Wash 3, 4 eggshells, crush them and add them in 3 l of water. Store it in the refrigerator up to 7 days and drink it later as water. Maximize the consumption up to 2-3 cups water mixed with little lemon juice.
