Every woman on the planet wants their breast to have a perfect shape. Sadly, this is not possible due to the natural sagging process that comes along with age, when the breasts lose their shape and elasticity. It usually occurs over 40, but sagging can come earlier, triggered by different factors such as breastfeeding, pregnancy, menopause, rapid weight loss or gain, exercise, nutritional deficiencies, smoking, alcohol abuse and poor fitting bras. Breast sagging can even be caused by serious health diseases such as cancer or tuberculosis.

The breasts consist of fat, connective tissues and milk glands. To maintain their health and shape, they require proper care. Here are some tips on how to maintain the well-being of the breasts:

  1. Cucumber and egg yolk

This amazing cucumber and egg yolk mask will help you lift your breasts. The egg yolk is rich in protein and vitamins that will prevent the sagging, while the cucumber offers natural skin-toning properties.


Mash the cucumber in a blender, and add the egg yolk along a tablespoon of butter or cream. Apply the resulting paste on your breasts and leave it on for an hour. Afterwards, rinse with cold water. Use the mask at least once a week for best results.

  1. Egg white

Egg whites have astringent and nourishing properties that will prevent the sagging. The hydro lipid content will lift the loose skin around the breasts.

Whip an egg white well, and apply the foamy mixture on your breasts, leaving it for an hour. After an hour, rinse the breasts using cucumber or onion juice before rinsing them with cold water. For best results, use the egg white treatment once a week.

  1. Exercise!

A daily exercise routine is a must if you want to prevent saggy breasts. The exercises should be focused on the breast tissues and the muscles around the chest. Try chest presses and pulls, arm raises, round-about push-ups, dumbbell flyes, etc. It’s important to wear a sports or supportive bra while exercising.

  1. Olive oil massage

Olive oil is rich in antioxidants and fatty acids which can override the damage done by the free radicals and prevent the sagging. The olive oil will improve your skin quality as well.

Put some olive oil on your palms and rub them together to create heat, then massage the breasts in an upward motion. Do this about 15 minutes to improve the blood flow and stimulate cell repair. Repeat the procedure 4-5 times a week, and try using other oils for the massage such as almond, argan, avocado or jojoba oil.

Apply shea butter freely on your breasts, rubbing upwards and in circular motion for about 10-15 minutes. Leave it on for 10 minutes, then rinse with cold water. Repeat the procedure 3-4 times a week for best results.

Aloe Vera is a very beneficial plant that contains antioxidants which can counter effect the actions of free radicals in the body. Apply some Aloe Vera gel on your breasts and massage them gently in a circular motion for about 10 minutes. Leave the gel on for another 10 minutes, then rinse the breasts with warm water. Repeat the procedure 4-5 times a week for best results.

Another option is to mix a tablespoon of Aloe Vera gel, mayonnaise and honey each. Apply the resulting mixture on your breasts, then wash it off with warm water after quarter of an hour. Use the treatment once a week.

  1. Pomegranate

The pomegranate is an exotic fruit with anti-aging ingredients that will prevent the sagging. The seeds of the fruit are rich in phytonutrients that can make the breasts firm. Make a pomegranate paste from the peel and warm up some mustard oil. Massage the breasts in a circular motion for 5-10 minutes every evening before going to bed. Alternatively, you can use pomegranate seed oil to massage the breast 2-3 times a day.

Another option is to mix 4 teaspoons of neem oil with a teaspoon of dried and powdered pomegranate rind. Heat the mixture and allow it to cool down before massaging your breasts. Repeat the treatment twice a week for best results.
