A 2009 Japanese study published in the journal “Bioscience, Biotechnology and Biochemistry”, conducted research on the effects of apple cider vinegar on obese people. The study showed that daily intake of 15-30 ml. of acetic acid diluted in water for a period of two weeks caused drastic fat loss in the abdominal area and considerably reduced the waistline of the subjects.
A mix made of one part of ACV and two parts of water can be used as an overnight toner, to diminish aging spots or acne on the face. There is no scientific evidence behind this, but numerous reports from people confirm apple cider vinegar’s amazing properties.
