Organic honey



Half a teaspoon of ground ginger

Quarter of a teaspoon of ground cloves


Blend all the ingredients together, and heat them. When you bring them to a boil, lower the heat and let them simmer until you get a thick, syrup-like consistency. Cool the mixture, and mold it into drops.

All of the ingredients are beneficial for your health. Lemon juice is full of vitamin C, honey acts as a potent antiseptic and is a natural cough inhibitor. Ginger is a well-known ingredient in alternative medicine and offers support to your immune system, besides relieving pain and nausea. Finally, the cloves have strong antibacterial properties which will help your body eliminate bacteria and reduce mucus.
