The 3 ingredients recipe

The remedy is quite simple to prepare and has only 3 ingredients: ginger, lemon and garlic in addition to water. These three healthy foods bring many benefits and treat numerous conditions such as fatigue, arteries congestion, infections, flu and colds. They also reduce the levels of fat in the blood, cleanse the liver, boost immunity and more.

This remedy also prevents free radicals to damage from damaging the organism, and helps in heart and circulatory issues.

Here’s the recipe:


Four garlic cloves

One ginger (3-4 cm.)

Four lemons (with the peel)

2 l. of water


Wash and cut the lemons. Peel the garlic and blend it along with the ginger and cut lemons. Pour the water in some larger container and add the mixture, then stir them while cooking. Turn off the stove right before boiling point, and let the mixture cool down, then drain it in bottles. Don’t worry about the unpleasant garlic smell – the lemon and water will neutralize it. Drink a cup of this drink on an empty stomach every day at least two hours before meals. Also, shake the bottle before use to get the lemons and garlic at the bottom.
